1. Elf networks use the Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) consensus algorithm, which allows ELF holders to transfer their shares to others. 
2. Elf networks allow for faster creation and implementation of complex smart contracts, and provide elf's own unique resources to reduce congestion during smart contract operations.
